(URGENT) Only 1 Stick Of RAM Works..Pls Help !

Ok So I Decided To Upgrade My RAM From 1GB To 2GB , And when i Installed My New RAM , The Computer first Started , DIsplayed The Logo of The Mobo , but wont go ahead . So I Resetted The BIOS to Default and Now , It Wont EVen Display Anything . Please HElp !!

So , My Mobo is A Gsonic 945C Mobo , Which Has No Support nowadays ...It Has 2sticks of RAM DDR2 Max Upto 2GB Ram , and i have 2x1GB RAM , So the First SLot WOrks , But when i installed a Ram in 2nd Slot , it didnt turned on ( NO Ram on first slot ) ...I Know U GUys Will Think That the 2nd slot is Bad ....But I Prooved that the 2nd RAM SLot is working...What I DId is I Turned The PC On with 1st STick Of RAM , After windows booted up , I Installed the second ram in the 2nd slot while the PC Is on bcoz PC Will not boot if i installed 2Rams while Booting .....SO I Opened CPU-Z CHecked Memory Tab and shows 2GB RAm..also checked the SPD TAb , selected SLot#2 , and it shows it has 1GB Ram ..>WHich Proves that the 2nd STick of RAM ( The 2nd SLot ) Is not Bad....But WHy Does it doesnt Boot in starting the computer ? Doesnt displays anything.....Pls Help !!!

My BIOS Is Phoenix AWARDBIOS 6.00PG WHich Doesnt have anything Related to voltage nor OC nor RAM...

Both the Ram ARe Same Brand , Same Speed 667MMhz , Same DDR2 except the size...Both The Ram Are Working

There can be very small variations in the silicon that will make them not work nicely together, even if they are identical. Thats why RAM is sold in sets, the manufacturer tested and made sure they work together. You will have to, I believe, down-clock it or tweak the timings to make them play nice.

So What Should I Do ? Thanks for the quick Answer...also , i Placed a ram Only in the Second Stick...But Doesnt Bootup...I Think its the BIOS Settings....But I Cant see any option related in BIOS :(...Or How to Down clock or Tweak...

I'm not certain how to downclock DDR2, nor where it would be in that bios. I only have experience with DDR3 and DDR4, do a little research if you are adamant about making this work. I would do more harm than good to give you instructions, I gave you the only two cents that I had so to speak.

Nevrmind , I Just Switched Places like 20Times And Now The PC Wont boot....It gives a Long beep ( Not continuous ) and stays forever even if Ram is placed in 1 slot nor both slot :( I think That My Mobo Died ....It was a new mobo though i will Ask For The Warranty Repair...
