Hi, i recently bought a water cooler for my cpu and when i installed it my computer run completely fine got around 12c on cpu, i switched of my computer last night but this morning when i switched it on, it just wouldn't boot, the fans spin no lights on my keyboard or mouse tho, i thought it was a power issue since i only have a 600w psu and my gpu is power hungry so i tried switching out my gpu with my old gtx 610 but still didn't boot so i tired taking out one ram stick and it booted, ok so i then when onto my bios and set my cpu back to normal clock speeds and restarted but then it woudn't boot again, so i tried placing back my ram stick and it booted, then when i went to reboot it didn't so i needed to take out one ram stick the boot the switch off and place the second ram stick to get my full 8gb to actully work, since i don't want to do that everytime is there a fix

i have updated my bios, (ram never worked when i first installed till i did update the bios)
