So, on my motherboard, it has 4 slots, two of which are black and the other two grey. And while reading the manual, I've noticed slots is listed isn't in numeral order. '1, 3, 2, 4'

So does it matter which slots should I insert with two or more RAMs?

Solution

"Dual Channel Memory Configuration
This motherboard provides four DDR3 memory sockets and supports Dual Channel Technology. After the
memory is installed, the BIOS will automatically detect the specifications and capacity of the memory. Enabling
Dual Channel memory mode will double the original memory bandwidth.
The four DDR3 memory sockets are divided into two channels and each channel has two memory sockets as
following:
Channel 0: DDR3_2, DDR3_4
Channel 1...

Actually, I'm not experiencing any problems. I just inserted a pair of duel RAM in slot 1 and 2 and wondering if that creates less stability or less speed in memory allocating.

You may not be getting the full utilization (im not 100%) but I would just use slots 1 & 3 as its suggested per the manual.

Channels and memory speed are separate issues. Memory today is DDR 3, 4, 5. DDR means double data rate. That is the speed. The channels are for compatibility of design and don't affect the memory speed. If ya have two sticks use the same color channels. If one the first slot. Four sticks all four slots. One 8 gb stick will not run faster or slower than two sticks of 4GB memory.
