I am thinking about purchasing this motherboard but have a few questions. The motherboard has 6 sata ports apparently which is fine. I'm going to have a ssd regular hd and a dvd drive. It also has a sata express and m.2. Would it make any diffrence to plug an ssd into a sata express? Or to buy a m.2 ssd? I'm not looking for speed just am wondering. Also say I just go all regular sata drives should I get a pci x1 wifi/bluetooth or a. M.2 one. ( I belive they make both). The board does not appear to have a mini pci express so that's out of the question

Sata Express is a dead standard. Forget about it. m.2 is a good choice for your OS/boot drive. It can be 4x faster at sequential read than the SATA drives. That port might only be 2x (the 10Gb printed on the motherboard). Your requirements are fairly basic. Stick with SATA for price and widest choices.
