Okay, so I made a personal challenge for myself to make gaming pc for under $300 and pute it on youtube. so I need a cheap mother board/cpu with a pci-e slot. also, i have a pentium 4 640 laying around if i could use that.

Yes there is Mr.Crazed but you will not be able to find one new, or hard to find used. Stop trying to use that Pentium 4 640. It will bottleneck any card in minecraft to the point of 5fps. The bottleneck will be so large you wouldn't be able to play any game. Single core CPU's are dead and can't play any of the lightest games (TF2,LFD2) Even Dual Cores are dieing pretty card. Do not make a system with new parts and shoehorn a P4 640. Please let that CPU just die

A P4 640 can't decode a 1080p youtube at 30hz. How the **** you expecting to game on it? A crappy AM1 CPU could knock the socks off it. Mrcrazed if you were a serious PC enthusiast or gamer you Would stop with that CPU 8 years ago

lol you could buy a fully working socket 775 system for under $100 from any second hand store that carries used pc's, utterly pointless as they wouldnt play much more than minecraft... even crysis 1 is out the question by some margin.
