So I'm building a computer to do some light/medium gaming on but I'm not sure about my parts and their compatibility. Feel free to suggest changes to components, but please bare in mind I have a budget.
CPU-Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler -Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Thermal Compound -Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver 3.5g Thermal Paste
Motherboard-Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory-Kingston 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage-Toshiba 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card -Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card
Case -Zalman Z11 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply -Corsair Builder 750W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive -Samsung SH-118CB/BEBE DVD/CD Drive
Operating System -Microsoft Windows 8.1 OEM (64-bit)
Monitor -AOC E970SWN 60Hz 18.5" Monitor

Please note that I only want to spend around £700-£800($1150-$1200.) Also all parts must be able to be bought in the UK. If you want to know what sort of games I want to play, they are: counter strike(global offensive), eu4, skyrim ect. I may also want to run higher demanding games such as star wars battlefront and Deus ex Mankind divided.
I want to make this computer by March 2016.

- It's better to stay away from base model power supply units from corsair.
- Western Digital, HGST, Hitachi, Seagate :reliable brands of HDD.
- A solid state drive will help reduce load times & much more reliable than a Hard disk drive. A HDD may fail but, a SSD will not.
- Since, you're going to use a "Non-K" chip, a stock cooler should do well.
- A better display for price (added in chart).

Hope this helps.
