Testing a motherboard without a cpu?

I have the logic board from a 2010 Mac Pro (NOT macbook pro) that I gutted, and I need to see if it's working so I can sell it. It has no CPU, so is there any way I can check whether it is working without a CPU?

Some mobos will give you some lights, but as for getting into the bios and actually being able to test if it works properly or not, no.

I'd say sell it, but have that annotated in your ad if you are selling online. If you are selling locally or to a friend, just tell them you can't test it and offer a refund if it don't work.
