Best graphics card for 150?

I'm already looking at the GTX 950, and am already considering buying it, but i just want to be reassured that this is the most powerful card i can get for $150 right? I know the 960 is only 30$ more but thats not in my budget. The highest option i would accept is 10-15$ more for a card. So can i do better than the gtx 950 for the price?

Well if I could get a 960 for the price of a 950 I would. The 950`s performance is quite good but there isnt a good reason why you would choose the 950 over the 960.

Why is that one cheaper than the others? I have yet to see a new gtx 960 for 160..

Looked around a bit and found a 960 for 75$. Almost didn't do it, but you convinced me haha.
