Xeon is WAY better. Not only is it noticeably more powerful, it also consumers more than 2x less power.
Grab the Xeon. It's better.

i agree with oleg i put a xepon W3570 which is a stock 3.2 quad core and it blew my old cpu out of the water plus uses less power keep in mind my cpu is liquid cooled

Not sure, but I think the Xeon originated as a server processor series. The Xeon is definitely better, so take that.
