Hey guys... I was actually so sure about getting a pc which has x99 mobo with 5820k.
I actually have an exam at the end of november. After that I willl start to order my new gaming pc's components. Even so I ordered my Ssd 3-4 days ago. But probobly buying this pc completely will take 1 months for me beacause of the exam.
As we know; rumors and fresh news about Broadwell-E started to spread out a couple of days ago.
It seems they'll release Broadwell-E in 2016 Q1 really. So my question is should i wait for it guys ? Will it come at january? or will it take time ? Seriously I don't know what I'm supposed to do. Which move will be good for me?

i appreciate for answers..

To me, the chief advantage of the X99 chipset is the ability to run triple sli.
If you do not envision a need for a graphics configuration stronger than two GTX980ti or FURY cards, I would opt for a skylake build.
Games rarely use more than 2-3 cores, so a 6/8/10 core cpu will not be very useful/
The i5-6600 k will be able to be clocked higher, and that is most important for a gaming cpu.
Nothing wrong with a i7-6700K either.

If you wait, you will wait forever.
When you have a need, that is the time to buy.

First of all, thank you for the answer :). Yeah 6700k is a beast. Also 6600k is really enough for a gamer, u can setup an excellent pc based on 6600k, i know. But since i got the enough budget to get 6700k or haswell-e system. I really don't want to get i5 6600k. There is at least 10Fps diffence in games between 6600k and 6700k. Even if u try to Oc both of them, 6700k still better than 6600k. ( https://youtu.be/EhaB1dqYv_I?t=1m34s )
In short; my question is still same, should i wait for broadwell-e?, or simply should i get 5820k. Really confused:/.
But again, thank you for reply and sharing your thoughts with me.

Depends on what you´re gonna use it for. For gaming you may settle with a cheaper chip and get excactly the same performance as a more expensive chip.
DX12 reports, shows that anything above quadcore either has no gains at all, or even slight disadvantages when compared to hexa and octa cores.
Lately the trend has been that Intel has made 10% increase on each new architecture, and more recently there has been focus on lower watt usage and better integrated graphics for mobile terminals, such as laptops and tablets and possibly smartphones.

I can only imagine the prices will be really high, and you´re better of keeping your old chip/buying a cheaper chip and save money into something else that translate into a real upgrade.

Thank you for the answer. I've a bad old laptop currently. Anything will be a huge update for me actually :D. So maybe i should only go for 6700k or 5820k till Skylake-E, if only the prices will be really high when Broadwell-E released. Like u said. ( 5820k and 6700k are both same price in my country btw.)
