My budget is around $200. I have my eye on a R9 380 4gb but I don't really know if this would be a big improvement. Does anyone know any other cards that would be a greater improvement than the R9 380 in this price range? Also, what would be the best manufacturer to buy from? Some places I hear that XFX is the best for ATI cards, others I hear MSI or Sapphire. Thanks in advance!

A r9 380 would kick the crap out of a 7850, XFX is pretty good for AMD Cards as they're currently an AMD Only partner. But I like Sapphire as they're AMD's biggest partner and occasionally Sapphire is paid by AMD to make Reference PCB's.
It more comes down to estetics for most people, and Sapphire usually lacks in this department.
