I am going to be getting a new gaming PC, prebuilt off origin. I was wondering if this setup is good for gaming and the hardware synergies with each other.

Yes, that is a pretty well balanced pre-built. There are a few items that you could improve if you were building it yourself, but overall it looks like a good rig.
