Acer laptop won't connect to the internet even though the wifi connection is on

Hi I need help.

I'm using a an Acer E15 laptop. My WIFI status says it's connected by when I visit a website, it says I need to check my router an all. But my connection is fine as I can connect with my mobile devices. I also tried connecting my laptop to the LAN using a cable but same thing. No connectivity.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I could really use some help here. Many thanks.

FIRST
open command propt as admin,
type ipconfig /flushdns
type Ipconfig /release
type ipconfig /renew

If this dosent work, proceed below.

Open internet options, go to connectivity, then click lan settings and make sure nothing buy the first box is checked.(auto detect settings)
then go to network and sharing center, manage network adapters, find your adapter and right click, then properties, doubl click the Ipv4 settings in the middle box, now make sure everything is set to automatically detect the settings.

Well ! the wifi problem can be cause by few common errors on the laptop. but most of the time, the problem is related to wireless driver. so try to reset your wireless driver first and enable the wireless services manually. if your wifi is still not working on acer laptop , then you need to follow these steps.
1. Disable the wireless adapter and enable it once again.
2. Restart the wireless service from service manager.
3. try to turn on the wireless from windows mobility.
