Ok I 100% understand that this question is asked every two seconds, but I've been looking and looking and looking, seeing reviews, articles regarding this and what not, and just getting different answers from different perspectives, and just got me confused, also doesn't take into consideration some of my factors.

So lets begin. I have a 200 euro budget. I live in Ireland, the place next to the UK so stores/sellers from Europe would be ideal if possible. I am looking for the best GPU solution available. Don't care if it's second hand, I'm willing to push my luck and see how it goes.

Slight problem, I currently have an APU, an AMD A8 6600K to be more precise, so I'm not 100% if that means I can only get a AMD GPU or not, thank you!

Some that have caught my eye, not exactly 200 but a GTX 660 Ti, R9 270x and a 7850 to name a few

ok assuming you have a decent power supply i would try to get a r9 280(x) you could buy it used. another good option for a bit cheaper is the gtx 750 ti. it will play almost every game high settings at 30 fps when overclocked

Your cpu will be a limiting factor that is for sure but a gtx 960 or 270x should suffice.

Here is a reasonably priced card in your budget.

This is a little cheaper and presents less of a bottleneck for your cpu.

Is it safe to assume you wish to game at 1080p

Ahm. not really, not for every game. For CSGO I use 1024x780 or something along those lines. And for most other games I use 1440 x 900, no idea why, I just like the resolution a whole lot.

In this case the second card I linked will suit you just fine at those resolutions.

Frankly you could even get away with spending 100

That should be enough to get you by at those resolutions. Your cpu is going to be a limiting factor at those lower resolutions, so a faster card may be a waste of money. I suggest going no higher than the 950 I linked above unless you plan on carrying the video card over to a future build.

This is another option considerably faster than the 260x I listed and sometimes as fast or faster than the gtx 950 I linked, it goes either way depending on the game and the difference is hardly drastic.

The games that I mostly play are H1Z1, CSGO, Arma 3 and just random not hard to run here and there, so will these do well?

Also, how does a Asus GeForce GTX 660 OC sound? somebody offered it for really cheap

For really cheap you say. In that case it`s a great match for your cpu, faster than the 260x by a quite a fair margin while not behind the 270x and gtx 950 by anything worth complaining about. Get it if you can, how much exactly. Sorry keyboard is in french so punctuation is not available until I switch my keyboard back....é
