Admirable

One thing to point out is that CX PSU's are terrible quality.
It is only suitable for basic office builds that do not work very hard.

Uses terribly quality components and is build to only run at 30C.
It only uses one (poorest quality) japanese capacitor and the rest are chinese.

Would highly recommend it to switch it up to a Tier 2 atleast. Here are your options:
Antec HCG 520W
Seasonic M12II 520W
EVGA GS 550W
XFX TS 550W.

However do keep in mind a quality 400W PSU will actually do you fine, but the problem is that manufacturers do not make Tier 2 or above PSU's for the 400W range. If you do want to keep the prices as low as possible the EVGA W1 430W is better quality than the CX.

Your choice of mb & PSU are poor , everything else ok

This is a better component list for the same money though IMO.
