I want to build a custom PC for black friday/cyber monday.

I would prefer to spend no more than $700 over-all on the parts.

I have no need for any peripherals or an OS.

I don't care weather it is Intel or AMD based/Nvidia, or Radeon(AMD)

Games I want to play(1080p 60fps Ultra): Fallout 4(Also NV, 3), GTA V(VI), Rainbow 6 Seige, and other games like that.

Thanks for the help!!
