STRIX GTX970 DC2OC 4GD5... or??

Hello, i'm looking to get a new gpu to go with my rig, any suggestions?
I was thinking about plonking a 970 by strix in there, would that be any good?

If you can get r9 390,i would suggest you to go for it.
Else,gtx 970 strix is also good for 1080p.

Hello,

The GTX 970 and the R9 390 are both similar cards in terms of performance, although the R9 390 tends to perform slightly better (only by a few frames per second) than the GTX 970, which you can see if you search for "GTX970 and R9 390 benchmarks" on YouTube.

If the 390 is waaaay more expensive than the 970, then it is not worth it, as they are very similar.

But if they are a similar price, I would go for the 390.

Oh yes, the GTX 980 far outperforms any of the previously mentioned GPUs. If you can afford the 980 then definitely go for it

As said by Mxhawthy,if you can afford it,it won't dissappoint.
But still,gtx 970 is plenty for 1080p.
