dual graphics for two user

Hello,

i'm currently have one pc with 2 graphics card and two monitors.

Is it possible to used it for two user? for example playing games like dota in each monitor. of course also with keyboard and mouse for each monitor.

i'm sorry if it confusing, but the purpose of all this is so my little brother can join the games without building another system.

Oh my this is also a topic that I am most interested in right now. btw, you would need to have a virtualization software in order to have each monitor having an independent OS, storage, graphics card. pretty much what i'm looking for.
from hardware side i'm pretty much covered, my problem maybe from the software side (but i'll look more into it later)

thanks again at least i got the concept for what i need to do.
