Games run slow on my new pc.

Hello guys, I just bought a new pc its not that good but its better than my old one and my gaming perfomance is really bad.
I am running wow on good graphics with 15 fps and the witcher 2 with 10-20 fps, I had better results on my older pc.

Lenovo H30-00
Processor is Intel Pentium J2900 2,4 ghz Quad-Core
Video card - Ati radeon hd 7000 2GB
4 GB of ram and im using windows 8.1 64 bit
Is this fps normal with these spec ?

The minimum system requirements for WoW are higher than LoL, so that's one reason.

Whilst you could buy a new GPU, it will be bottlenecked by your CPU, so there's no point. The other problem is that you can't upgrade the CPU as it's soldered to the motherboard.

If you can, I would return the PC and buy another one.

Hmm.. When i enter the Device Manager it says that i have a driver for hd 7000 series but i just checked my case and my video card is
R5 235 2gb does this affect my problem?

Damn dude that sucks, but why can i play league of legends on high with 60 fps and wow on good with 15 fps?
And do you suggest that i need to buy a new Video Card and a new processor?

Well I can return the pc but they wont return my money :D. I bought this pc for my brother without any research because I got a good deal on it.. anyway thanks for the help Mr. bicycle_repair_man
