Hey, if you have the time to help me, please do!

I'm building a $1000 CAD Gaming PC rig. I'm gonna wanna be running games like CS:GO, Fallout 4, Battlefield, BO3(maybe), etc...

Help me build a PC that can run at its best of ability, with the highest fps!

Your build is almost 1.1k, without any mail in rebates. Not a good PSU choice. Don't need the cooler, for a locked CPU. Skylake isn't really worth the added cost, given the budget. Do not need that network card either. Motherboard has that covered.

I'd switch that PSU to an EVGA GS or XFX Pro, and you don't need a cooler for a locked processor, the Intel stock fan will do nicely. Those CPU prices! :ouch:
