Hello, my problem is that I have lags in games which I think they are not suppose to lag.
My specifications:
Intel Pentium CPU G860 @ 3.00GHz
8 GB Ram DDR3 1333Mhz
GTX 750 Ti 2GB
1 TB HDD
Win 10 64 bit Pro
1920*1080
I ran fallout 4 in the lowest graphic but I still get tons of lag whenever I'm in a city. I'm not sure if it's because of my weak CPU. In gta v, low-medium settings, I get the same fps and same lag spikes in cities. I really need a fix for this, it's so laggy that it's almost unplayable.
