New Egg generally has the best prices and is very reliable.
Also a heads up....Best Buy now price matches with Online retailers....so if you need to snag a part real quick, like a video card or SSD they do carry some hardware.
I'd say any place featured on PC Part Picker, but I tend more towards Newegg or Microcenter.

+1 on Microcenter, especially for CPU's and motherboards. If you can go to an actual store, you can bundle them and get a huge savings. I recently picked up an i5 6600k and Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 5 for $219.99 and $134.99, respectively. That was an additional 40 bucks off their advertised prices. Be aware that the prices on the shelves do not always match the online advertised prices.
I wish we had a micro center around here but we don't I usually get parts on Newegg or Ebay if needing used I have shop on Amazon but you have to watch the prices on there and whos selling the items because you have to compare prices from other sites to get the best deal and Yes even Tiger direct has pc parts as well.
^ whs - if you live near a micro center ,order online & pickbup from store so you get the online price.
They have some great CPU/mb/RAM bundles sometimes which can save you pushing $100

The Best buy in our area has older Tech as well I have been there several times hard drive prices are so so you must have a better one in your area then I do but that's a good suggestion.
I use newegg a lot NCIX is another good one if your in north america. I tend to use pcpartpicker which will give me the price of all reputable outlets selling the product I want, this way I can get the best deals. Usually the cheapest price's are not going to be found on any single website.
There is a new site called Jet, too. Your first purchase, type in the code "20NOW", and you get 20 percent off. Just for giggles I checked on an ASUS VG248QE monitor, and could have bought it for $189.00 last night.
1. www.overclockers.co.uk (top site imo for custom or hard to find stuff - their aftersales service is utterly fantastic
2. www.aria.co.uk (their deals of the day & super specials are sometimes unbeatable) - they wont list on partpicker
3. www.ebuyer.com (spent thousands at ebuyer - never had a single problem)
4. www.scan.co.uk
& obviously amazon ( if you have prime membership it sometimes cheaper even if the prices are more)
steer clear of ebay though - for the sake of sabing a few quid its just not worth it imo.
there are also more computers & ccl ,neither of which I have personally used.
essentially you should use partpicker as a basis
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/
& then check against the overclockers or aria special deals which dont show on there.
