HDD knocking noise + GPU coil whine

So i recently builded a new pc, everything works nice and smooth, but i got a noise inside my case, which i think it's from the HDD. Whenever i access it or data is being transferred from or on it, it does a strange noise, like a knocking louder than my gpu or cpu fan on load(i can sometines hear it through my headset). The HDD itself is working just fine, decent transfer speeds, no issues with it , just the annoying noise.

My PC specs :
-I7 6700
-Asus z170 pro gaming Motherboard
-MSI Radeon R9 390
-16 gb ram 2666mhz
-650w Corsair PSU
-250 SSD Samsung EVO
-2tb Seagate HDD
-some rabdon dvd-rw rom

I am just wondering if this is a hardware isssue or something else, so i could just return it?

P.S. on a different topic, my r9 390 seems to have a low coil whine, is this something i should worry about? I can barely hear it, only if put my ear right near to the case. I know the usually are harmless ,but i am not sure what will this do on the long run.

Thanks.

Welcome to the TH community, Lokkyt!

I'd advise you to check the placement of the HDD inside the rig and make sure that it's mounted properly. A loose screw could be causing the HDD to vibrate more 'violently'. If the noises continue, I'm afraid that @plaintuts is right and you should RMA despite the diagnostic results.
Hardware damage (which is what clicking sounds usually indicate) is rather unpredictable and even if the HDD is working flawlessly at the moment, you never know when it might give up on you.
My advice is to keep constant backups of the data stored on the hard drive, if you decide not to RMA it right away. Better safe than sorry, right?!

Best of luck! Hope I was helpful.

I surely can RMA it,still on the return period + warranty. But I'm actualy thinking if this could be the normal clicking/knocking sounds? I would understand if the HDD didn't work or something, but it doesn't do it constantly, even when it's on load.
Would a software like CrystalDiskInfo show something wrong like in my case? I did already downloaded and it's says "Health status: GOOD " . To all of this I did some more testing, playing with my folders on HDD+utorent in the background downloading at full speed.
Are there any type of drivers for HDDs ?

plaintuts

Admirable
Well, if you trust the results of crystaldskinfo then its probably OK.

Usually a clicking noise is cause by a faulty magnetic header on the hard drive, constantly hitting the sides and drive disk which spins at 7200rpms.

Just an update, I've contacted the store , waiting for an answer.
I've also did some HDD checks with the Seagate software, al tests passed, including the 5 hours length one.
But as you both guys said, better safe than sorry.
