Hey guys, I think this is an easy question but I just wanted to get assurance before I make the purchase, if I want 64gb of Ram am I ok getting 2 sets of 4x8 sticks or do I have to buy a set that is 8x8? I am trying to buy ddr4 2666 15-15-15- but I am not finding any 8x8 sets for sale currently, so am I ok doing the 2 sets of 4x8? Thanks
64gb 4x8 or 8x8?

One set of 8x8GB, no guarantees that two sets of 4x8GB will play together - even of same exact model #. The 8x8GB may cost more than a pair of 4x8GB, but that's due to the testing it takes to match up 8 sticks that will all play nice

At the same data rate want lower timingsas you go higher often the timings also get higher, if 2400 15-15-15 and go to 2666-16-16-16 then you'll see a small performance increase
