I am going to build a computer shortly. I have already ordered all the goodies but since I very much value this places input from so long ago that I want to pass this by you all here.
I have for over a week been reading and comparing or as I call it "crunching the numbers"
I do the same thing when I build a Muscle..though the car is far more money
Here are my goodies I have coming in about a week,
I value tomshardware members input a lot

ULTRA ROGUE M925 FULL-TOWER GAMING CASE ( $50 )
INTEL CORE I7-5820K CPU 15M CACHE, 3.3 - UP TO 3.60 GHZ
ASUS SABERTOOTH X99 - Motherboard - ATX - LGA2011-
EVGA 850W G2 POWER SUPPLY - 850W, SATA x 10, 80 PL
MSI GEFORCE GTX 980 GAMING 4GB GDDR5
ADATA PREMIER PRO SP600 256GB SATA III SSD
ASUS 24X DVDRW SATA OEM
COOLER MASTER HYPER D92 UNIVERSAL CPU COOLER
CRUCIAL BALLISTIX SPORT DDR4 16GB KIT 2400 MT/S
Windows 7 Professional 64bit

Solution
Everything is high quality and great. If your single purpose is gaming, you probably could have been off with a cheaper motherboard and squeezing in a 980Ti. You could have also saved more money with a 650W power supply then, and possibly with a Skylake processor.

If you do stuff other than gaming, the 5820K was a fantastic choice, and I personally consider it the best CPU for the money.

Yeah I was so busy working the numbers out and stuff I thought I bought a Ti card but eh what can one do it will still out perform what I have now by a 1000 times.
I only paid 365 for the 5820 :)
I always built systems that under a small budget and this time I could spend some more
I have amds for years now and I grew tired of only FASTER speeds but little technology
Everything I read here said INTEL totally destroys amd
AMDs arent bad. I am on one now and it does scream but when i built this 4 years ago it was amd top stuff and 4 years later little has changed with amd.
intel is like building a 426 Hemi...VERY costly but rarely ever dis-satisfies
Thanks :) for the response
