70c is high go to your motherboards bios an look somewhere if it says cpu thermal throttle disable that and see if it doesn't shut off anymore if so buy a cheap hyper 212 evo for 30 bucks to cool that cpu that is way to high are those temps when your browsing the web n stuff? or are they when you're gaming?

Electrical / Thermal parameters
Maximum operating temperature ? 70°C
Thermal Design Power ? 95 Watt

Dusty is right. Your definitely hitting the thermal wall for the 4100. A CPU cooler should help with this problem but it shouldn't be the solution. If you are running stock speeds then the stocker CPU cooler should be adequate. You could try removing the CPU cooler and reapply some thermal paste.

Optimally, getting a after market CPU cooler is highly recommended though.

o.o 78 max temp degrees get a cpu cooler on that before it melts get an aftermarket cooler.Keep the front case fan as intake take the side fan and mount it on the back of the case as out take and get a cpu cooler with a lot of pressure to take that heat out as quickly as possible A hyper 212 evo for 28 bucks cant go wrong there.
