I Have Some Questions About My New Build

So I have all my parts picked out, but I have some questions.
(Note: I am not going to overclock my PC)

Questions:
-Does my PC have good enough cooling?
-Would it be better to water cool my cpu?
-If I should be water cooling what water cooler would you recommend?
-Also would my PC case support the radiator?
-I went for a blue and black color scheme. Did I succeed?

If you have any other comments or feedback about my build I would appreciate it.

For one thing you're probably buying an excess of fans. I'm unsure how many come with that case, but cases come with fans and you won't need more than 4 likely. I would keep the PSU B2, saves you money. I'd try to squeeze in a 970. For gaming, you only need an I5 not an I7 TBH.

I agree with 1 and 2 not 3. That CPU is still what i would recommend or the i5 haswell, they perform the same as skylake and are quite a bit cheaper and I cant think of a broadwell cpu worth mentioning for a gaming pc.

Swap out the PSU for a G2 series instead of the B2 series you have there now.

You're CPU cooler will work, but you'll have to adjust the fan height over the RAM. You might want to consider the Cryorig H7 since it doesn't interfere with the RAM slots.

Since you're not going to overclock your CPU I wouldn't bother with water cooling. I cant find info if your case supports any radators. If you want to keep with the color scheme and get a nice case for water cooler there are a lot out there. I like the Nzxt line up myself.

Well If I was to overclock would my PC be as stable as a non-overclocked PC? I'm kind of confused about the safeness of overclocking it. Also, what is wrong with my GTX 960?

You cant overclok this but it is MUCH better for gaming and cheaper.

Would it be better if I got the EVGA GTX 970 FTW instead?

So what I think what I want to do is switch to the EVGA GTX 970 FTW, keep the 4790k because the core clock speed is better than other non k's, also I think I might overclock my pc later on. So to give my self room to OC at a later point I'll get a Corsair h105 water cooler to cool my cpu. The one thing I'm still having trouble with is a fan controller. I plan on buying 2x Corsair SP120 fans to use with the radiator, and then I'll have the radiator on the top of the case as exaust. I'll have 2x 140mm fans in front for intake. 1x of the Enermax fans on the bottom for intake, and then another Enermax fan at the rear for outake. What I want to know is, what is the best fan controller that I can use on my fans (not including radiator fans). I also want the fan controller to have thermal sensors for auto cooling (price is not a concern). And one more thing, does the fan controller plug into one of my onboard fan headers, and if so will have enough headers left to plug in my 2x radiator fans? Thanks for feedback and sorry this is one long paragraph.

What's your feedback turkey3_scratch?

Sadly I already bought the PSU.
