Forwarding ports involves going into your router settings and setting port 8767 to your computers local IP. You also have to check the computer's firewall and make sure you punched a hole for that port as well. Since every firewall and router is different I can't help you with that.
If that seems a bit much, check you router settings for a setting called DMZ. Place your computers local IP address in the DMZ. It's not ideal but it will eliminate port forwarding as a potential problem. If that works then you can go about and try to forward the proper ports.
