Hello all. So I am hoping that this is the last time that I will be posting so that I may go ahead with my new build. No more me being bothersome ;). I just have two quick questions, if you guys could skim through this quickly and give me your thoughts.

So I'm about to HOPEFULLY sell the following below on kijiji and was wondering if it seems worth it from my point of view, or if I am being low balled a bit here.

So I may sell:

Fx 8320e
gigabyte 760
8gb ripjaws ddr3
gx cooler master 650w psu
msi 990fxagd65 mobo
hyper 212 cooler
a tower case

for $550 canadian ..... Does this sound fair for me?

What I'm hoping to buy with the funds after the sale and after I add some to the purchase:

-Motherboard choice is quite the issue for me, I don't know if I want to spend all that extra for a z97 board, but I need one that support high speed ram on a budget.

Mind you, I am trying to stay on a budget and make a decent rig that I can build upon down the line. But if there is some minor swap you guys see, please go ahead and let me know.

Thank you so much once again guys. Looking to hear some input so I can put this thing into motion....finally.

I'm not sure about Canadian pricing on computer parts, but if i convert Canadian to GBP the currency i use i would say that its a fair price.

The H97 Motherboards do not allow for you to overclock, so if you really want this board you will be better off getting the I5-4690 without the K otherwise you spend money for no reason. The following turns out cheaper with a good overclocking motherboard. you may want to spend a little more on the PSU and get anything 550W+ from either XFX or EVGA G2

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($301.01 @ Vuugo)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($27.01...

Thank you greatly for replying, as I should be jumping the gun later today as soon as I wait for a reply. While here, is there a huge performance difference between the Asrock z97 motherboard and the z97-a everybody is recommending to me? Because honestly, if I can save $50-60 why not right?

Fantastic. Well, since you found me a nice, yet cheaper PSU over say the xfx and I found some Hyperx ram for $59 on ncix, I may just in fact be able to go the z97-a route after all.

Cheers.
