Cat 5e ethernet ports no signal(s) except 1 port.

Hello everyone, Recently moved to South Korea into a new build apartment building.
The problem is, only one of the 5 sets (10 ports / 5 pairs / 1 per room) of Ethernet ports seem to be able to connect to the internet.
Only the one in the main living area is capable of transmitting a signal to the wireless router or directly to my laptop when its plugged in via cat5e cable. I can understand 1 port not working, but with 1/10 Ethernet connection ports working something seems a little wrong here.
Even if 5 of those were for a mainland phone, 1/5 working is still odd.
Iv tried rewiring the Ethernet port in the bedroom to both 568A and 568B but still getting nothing.

Also the wiring in both Ethernet ports ( one thats working and the one thats not) are the same layout. I do have access to the exchange box, but have no idea how fix it.

Any ideas or suggestions please.
Thank you.

Link to the Exchange box ( I'm gussing the black cables are for the TV as we have a port for a tv in each room also), The wireless works without issues when plugged in to the port that is producing a signal.
Same as just plugging in my laptop in to that same port, I get a strong signal and it works without issues.
However.... I wish to use my laptop in the bedroom due to poor wifi signal, but like all the other ports in the other rooms, its not producing internet.

Take a close look at the punch downs make sure they actually cut the insulation. Just a suggestion. Also make sure there is some copper touching the block connectors . Depends on who installed this not all installers double check their work. Sort of sloppy work to look at so who knows. My team leader in telephone maintenance would have been pissed if i did something that looked like that . course this was in the airforce and was a long time ago.

I have checked the punch downs, the metal from the cable makes contact with the connectors. Still can't work out, why only one Ethernet plug works out of all of them.
After looking on the internet for solutions I agree it looks sloppy also, But its beyond my skill set to figure it out.

So the connectors inside all are wired exactly the same no reversed pairs or anything Look at the one that works and then make sure all the others are the same. You could beep the wiring out if you had the equipment a fox and hound or in real would a signal genrator unit and a butset

Ill post a picture of the ethernet wall plug. Looks pretty simple 568B setup.
Im sure the one that works is the same, ill double check when I get a moment (in laws are over).
Ill rewire the setup to the plug again to make sure the cables are punched down correctly also.

Ok just double checked the one that works, Both are connected in the same way, the only difference is one is being thread in to a different side IE from the left, but the one thats not working is from the right as example, I dont think that makes a difference, the colours still match up like in the picture above brown - brown, blue - blue etc.

Also its the red cable that seems to be the internet one. Even know they both seem to be the same cable.

First picture is from the working one, Second is from the one thats getting no signal.

I think that the white punch-down block is just paralleling the connections, for normal phone service. It's not a proper ethernet switch.

If you remove all the cables from it, do you still get internet service? I expect the internet comes in to that wall jack directly.

If that's the case, get a patch panel and a switch. Connect each of the cables to the patch panel and then to the switch, connect the router to the current internet port, and put a cable from the LAN port on the router to the other wall port.

Only the red cable is providing internet, the white one as far as I can tell is for a landline, However I dont have a home phone to test this. If this is what you mean by the 'white punch down block' .
If I removed the cables from it, I wont get internet, as I will have nothing to connect to Router/Laptop.

If the Internet service does just connect to that one will jack directly, Makes the rest of the ports around the apartment a little useless lol, Also the exchange box on the wall would be a waste of time. I believe its a wiring issue being not connected correctly, but to which one and what exchange.
