Hello all. So I am hoping that this is the last time that I will be posting so that I may go ahead with my new build. No more me being bothersome ;). I just have two quick questions, if you guys could skim through this quickly and give me your thoughts.

So I'm about to HOPEFULLY sell the following below on kijiji and was wondering if it seems worth it from my point of view, or if I am being low balled a bit here.

So I may sell:

Fx 8320e
gigabyte 760
8gb ripjaws ddr3
gx cooler master 650w psu
msi 990fxagd65 mobo
hyper 212 cooler
a tower case

for $550 canadian ..... Does this sound fair for me?

What I'm hoping to buy with the funds after the sale and after I add some to the purchase:

-Motherboard choice is quite the issue for me, I don't know if I want to spend all that extra for a z97 board, but I need one that support high speed ram on a budget.

Mind you, I am trying to stay on a budget and make a decent rig that I can build upon down the line. But if there is some minor swap you guys see, please go ahead and let me know.

Thank you so much once again guys. Looking to hear some input so I can put this thing into motion....finally.

The psu is a tier 4 and I would not recomend it. Usually for a gaiming or overclock pc a tier 1 or 2 is recomended. For a basic system you can get by with a tier 3. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
You should never skimp on the psu a bad low quality one can cause you endless nightmares of issues and could kill your whole system.
Aquality psu rarily has issues and this just gives you more peace of mind.
Your wattage is corect if your not going to end up sli ing down the road or anything.
Anything built by seasonic is a good choice for gaming as they only make tier 1 and 2 psus. This includes some xfx and others as well as their own seasonic ones. Corsair anything in the hxi or ax or axi is also well built the rm series is also not bad as is as low as i would go for corsair.
Also with a k series chip to overclock you need a z97 m/b

thank you, Ill take a gander at the link when i get a chance and swap z97 and get a better psu. Im assuming then that $550 CAD was a fair price for my old setup? Or was it a low ball
