Hello all. So I am hoping that this is the last time that I will be posting so that I may go ahead with my new build.No more me being bothersome 
. I just have two quick questions, if you guys could skim through this quickly and give me your thoughts.
So I'm about to HOPEFULLY sell the following below on kijiji and was wondering if it seems worth it from my point of view, or if I am being low balled a bit here.
So I may sell:
Fx 8320e
gigabyte 760
8gb ripjaws ddr3
gx cooler master 650w psu
msi 990fxagd65 mobo
hyper 212 cooler
a tower case
for $550 canadian ..... Does this sound fair for me?
What I'm hoping to buy with the funds after the sale and after I add some to the purchase:

-Motherboard choice is quite the issue for me, I don't know if I want to spend all that extra for a z97 board, but I need one that support high speed ram on a budget.
Mind you, I am trying to stay on a budget and make a decent rig that I can build upon down the line. But if there is some minor swap you guys see, please go ahead and let me know.
