Will my CPU bottleneck a GTX 950? And is the 950 future proof?

Hello guys, I've been looking at many different choices for an upgrade for my GPU in light of how my current build can barely handle new gen games at low settings, so I'd like to ask you all if my current CPU will bottleneck a GTX 950, and any other suggested upgrades from my current GPU to a better, more viable one.

Specs:

AMD Athlon x4 750k OCd to 4.0GHz
XFX Radeon R7 260x 2GB GDDR5
8GB DDR3 RAM
Gigabyte F2A55M-HD2
500W PSU (haven't checked the brand tbh, it works great though)

Thanks for reading! :)

From my recent experience I can tell you that the GTX950 will outperform the 260X by a lot. I mean, on my 1680x1050 monitor, I can now play games at high-ultra settings on the 950, as opposed to medium on the 260X. But before upgrading your GPU, you should consider upgrading your CPU to a 860k. Even the 260X will perform better on that CPU. Back to the 950... Once you upgrade your CPU you could overclock the crap out of a 950 and play any game on high at 1080p with butter smooth FPS.
