Are these temps normal for CPU, GPU, MOBO?

Hi my build is
i5 4690k
MSI GTX 970 4G TWIN FROZR 4GB
GIGABYTE Z97 P-D3 (mobo)
8GB Corsair Vengeance Ram

My idle temps of CPU is 38c while GPU idle temp is 33c and Motherboard temp is 28c.
Under Gaming at high, CPU goes upto 65-70c, GPU goes to 65c.
Are these normal? CPU temp looks abnormal no?

Solution
It depends, one of my GPUs(it is watercooled tho) won't go past 50c, while my other will goto 80c(stock cooler). My CPU which is water cooled maxes 60c while gaming. So one goes higher one stays below. If you want CPU temps to go down you COULD get a aftermarket cooler but you don't need one. If you overclocked and temps started to go up you could look at an after market but otherwise your good.

Thanks and yes intel stock cooler. What i find strange is that gpu's run hotter than cpu's under load. But this is opposite lol

Thanks man. I won't be overclocking any time soon but i'll still get something like Hyper 212 EVO. Cheers for the advice

No problem :)
Also make sure that the 212 can fit in your system, it has a height of 160mm and can sometimes hang over ram slots/mobo heatsink depending on which side the fans on and what board you have.

Yeah that might be a problem. My rams are annoyingly tall and Hyper 212 EVO is massive. What other smaller but equally efficient cooler options do you think might suit me? I have the CIT Vanquish case btw
