I just acquired a slightly used, Canon MG5320. I installed new PGBK ink. Colors work fine, but no black even on test page. I ran cleaning and deep cleaning 5-6 times. Still no black at all. I soaked the bottom of printhead in saucer of hot tap water, dried it off and reinstalled. Same--all colors, no black. Anything else I can do before buying a new printhead?
Used Canon mg5320 won't print black.
