Micro ATX motherboards that support 860K out of box?

Whenever I try choosing a motherboard for the 860K, its always says it need a bios update. What is that, and do any micro ATX motherboards with usb 3.0, support the 860K?

The F4 BIOS has been out for well over a year now. The AMD 860K CPU introduction date was August 2014. Wherever you are buying from must have very old stock for the BIOS to need an update for the 860K.
