80% RAM usage on startup

I scanned my computer with AVG and there's no virus. RAM usage was just 80% when my computer started up.

I have 8 GB OF DDR3 Corsair Vengeance
Phenom II X2 550 Black edition
GTX 750Ti
MSI 970 motehrboard Gaming G series
Hitachi Deskstar 1TB

That isnt normal to use up to 80% RAM. Have you scanned the PC with Malwarebytes? Check the amount of startup items too.

to check startup, just go to task manager and select the startup tab. Disable all non essential programs on startup (do not disable any windows services.) Restart your pc and check RAM usage then
