gtx760 with a 460w psu

hello i wanted to upgrade my prebuilt tower and i wanted to put in it a gtx 760 the only problem with it is that it says 500w minimum while i have a 460w i wanted to know if a 760 would still be ok in there.
p.s. i have an I7-4790

For a system using a single NVIDIA Reference Design GeForce GTX 760 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps or greater and that has at least two 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.

The Dell XPS 8700 460W power supply has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 32 Amps and from what I can determine it does have two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

It appears to meet the system power supply requirements.

it does have 2 6-pin pci-E cables i just wanted to know if it will support it so thank you very much
