Need to upgrade graphics card.need help!

Hi everyone, I'm just new here.
I'm planning to buy 2G GTX Ti Gigabyte or higher.
my desktop spec:
Intel® Core™ i5-4430S (4C, 2.70 GHz) Processor
8GB DDR3 RAM
1TB SATA HDD
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 620

this is my pc looks like

I will also buy a new psu to support that graphics card.
Can I upgrade my graphics card with this spec?and can I get a higher one?
Any suggestions.

What GTX Ti? We would need card Number (series/model). Like 750 or 960. What is your budget?

I would go for the 200$ GTX960 4GB LINK(209$). I will out preform the 750ti a good amount and is worth the extra money.

That site is a nightmare! And see how much the 950 is, still a nice performance gain over the 750 and it's only like 20-25$USD more.

Well, I mean all the 950s are really close speed wise, they just have different cooling that might be noisier/not as good for OC etc. I just pick that one because it's price(US)/what you get is the good. If there is a cheaper one go for it. Post what it is and I'll look it over.

Max Power Draw: 110W
Recommended PSU: 350W

i checked my pc's psu online.it has a 300w psu.that's why i need also to buy a new psu.
