Hey All,
On Windows 7 - Firefox.exe is crashing now and then with the following event error:
vent Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error
Event Category: (100)
Event ID: 1000
Date: 17/11/2015
Time: 4:12:10 PM
Description:
Faulting application firefox.exe, version 42.0.0.5780, faulting module 5632ba5c, version ntdll.dll, fault address 0x6.1.7601.19045. I have a mini dmp file unfortunately am unable to upload that. Plz guide me how to upload and try and help me to sort this out issue.
FYI - I have reset Firefox settings to default, Created new Mozilla Profile, Finally Installed new version of Firefiox (Ver 42) after a clean uninstall of Firefox. Still issue persists. Tried sfc /scannow - did not work. I am not sure should I replace ntdll.dll - as if there was an issue with dll it should have been fixed during sfc /scannow.
In normal boot application works for around 10 to 20 minutes and then crashes with the above event details. Help is much appreciated
