Motherboard lights on, fans and computer don't turn on

I'm working on a new build, and after finishing and testing it, it didn't turn on. I disconnected everything except the ram and the CPU from the motherboard, but still no luck. I also tried changing the RAM slots. Not sure what to do next.
The motherboard is an MSI ZI70A-M7.

Are all the PSU cables attached?
Is everything connected to the right place?
There could be a failure with the PSU, not saying you ruined it but it could be that you put something where it shouldn't be cablewise.

MSI Are great and a new motherboard like that can't have failures on his first day.
