Looks like I burnt something

So, there was a short circuit when I measured my case depth (I'm stupid, I know, didn't know I shouldn't do this while my PC in on) and then my pc turned off. I restarted it and everything looks good so far except this black thing on my motherboard.

Here it is. My psu is cooler master silent m2 (bronze) and mobo is Gigabyte Ga-P35-DS3L.

Anything I should worry about? Is there any possibility that any of my components got damaged?

Some concerns with the power supply, check it with visuals and a psu tester etc. other parts i would just pop into the new board and try, only way to know for sure, Least it was an older board/ cpu/ram, not such a loss, opportunity for an upgrade i'd say
