what do i need to upgrade my 32 bit pc to 64 bit operating system!!!

You need installation media for the 64bit operating system and a valid license key. Depending on what operating system you want to upgrade the hardware requirements will be different, most Linux 64 bit distros will have lower requirements than a 64 bit windows operating system. Generally the main difference is you need more ram and more hard drive space. The minimum for windows 10 is 2GB ram and 20GB HD space. Although in reality 20GB will be no where near enough with all the updates etc....
Also you can't just update a 32 bit installation to a 64 bit you need to do a complete reinstall.

You also need x64 compatible hardware, but unless your PC is the best part of twenty years old, you'll be fine.
