Side by Side Comparison - Newegg
The Gaming M7 uses a Killer Nic LAN Controller which doesn't appear to support Windows 10 at this time. Also, I'm a bit confused about it's onboard video capabilities. It states no onboard video chipset, but boasts two HDMI rear panel outputs.
Personally, for these reasons and the cost, I'd go with the Krait.

Newegg doesn't seem to have a standardized format for specification lists. I almost always find the side-by-side comparisons confusing beyond major features.
In any case, as a cheapskate I like the Krait. Most of the features for 30% less money. Also, it's not yet another of the dark and dreary color combinations that seem to be in vogue these days.
Key differences: M7 has 2xHDMI 1xDP, Krait 1xHDMI 1xDVI, the M7 has 2 SATA express vs 1 on the Krait, same with M.2 slots. M7 has USB 3.1 gen2 including a Type-C, Krait does not (A version has Gen2, but not Type-C). M7 has a few extra overclock features and buttons, including a debug LED. M7 is a centimeter wider, and will reach the next set of MB mounts. For whatever reason, MSI decided not to even include holes in the overhang for nylon standoffs on the Krait, which is disappointing.
