Should I upgrade processor, or entire system?

Hi all, I've been reading on forums all over the internet and I can't come to a reasonable conclusions so I thought I'd ask for your opinion. My current Desktop PC system is:

Motherboard: M5A87
CPU: AMD FX-6100
Cooler: Stock cooler
Graphics Card: GTX 970 Gaming Edition 4GB
RAM: 2x4GB RAM Hyperx Genesis (KHX1600C9D3/4G)
Hard disk: SSD Vertex 2 Sata II (90GB)
Power supply: 500W

I am a gaming enthusiast and would like to start streaming some Dota 2, but I noticed frame-rate drops quite a bit when I try to do that. I was thinking my processor is old, and whether I should upgrade to a better processor? What do you guys recommend for a budget of up to 200 Eur (~215$)?

Why should he upgrade the mobo? I'm sure an FX- 8350 can handle streaming.

The FX-8350 could most certainly handle streaming DOTA 2 with ease. But it is very hard for me to recommend that anyone spend money on an fx processor in 2015 they are getting quite old, if you are on a tight budget go for it but if not I think the best idea is just to make the upgrade to an intel platform.

I made a comparison (online) of the FX-8350 vs. my current FX-6100, and it seems to provide better performance but it costs a lot. For that cost, I was thinking maybe I can invest in newer technology, mainly processor and mobo.

This would be good, not sure what country you are in so I used the German pcpartpicker since it uses euros.

You could get a intel xeon 1231 which is basically an i7 without integrated graphics, that would be better for streaming but it would cost about 330 euros with the mobo, if you want to stretch your budget.
