Last week I gotten the new Call Of Duty. I notice I get fps drops on medium setting with no other windows open. Im running a r9 290 and an AMD fx-8320. I was thinking about upgrading my HDD. So I decided to get another GPU or CPU. I'm leaning towards getting a Amd fx9370. and leaving my card alone. would that fix my fps drop problem?
Cause i know the 290 is still a beastof a card.
