I am ordering the parts for my first gaming pc in roughly a week. I want to play games at 1080p and I am not going to be using a monitor for around a month. please try to find a cheaper ssd with the same size and help me find a good motherboard with good features that can have up to 32gb of ram. if you see a place to cut down the cost, please recommend something else. thank you for your help. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FhTBCJ

I think the ssd you have looks like a sensible choice.

One are you could save some money, you could switch that GTX 970 for a last gen R9 290 and save over $100 without really loosing any performance (AMD still use that gpu in the updated 390 so it's fully supported driver wise).

To be honest for 1080p both cards are overkill. I game at 1080p high - ultra setting happily on an R9 280. You could probably drop to a GTX 960 or R9 380 and still game at 1080p fine, although as the are slightly older the 290 cards are amazing value :p

4690k is not worth the extra - the 4460 is good enough to power a 970 easily mate.
