For most accurate color reproduction you will need an IPS panel. From there it's up to you to decide what screen size, resolution, refresh rate and so on you need. Do some research so you know what the various specifications of a display mean so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Don't buy a GPU that can output at 4k and then buy a 1080p monitor. That's like loading a bullet into cannon. It's choosing to squander the power you're paying for. It is pissing away your money. If you didn't need a GPU that was capable of all that it is, why exactly did you choose that particular graphics card? Remember the only way to get the most out of that near 900 dollar video card is to pair it with a monitor that can match what it is...
For a monitor, Dell UltraSharp models are consistently in the top monitor spots in reviews. Look around that range for something you like in the size/price you want. If you are looking to get the Quadro video card, then you should be fine with any of them :)

For motherboard and CPU, really a good low end gaming motherboard and high end CPU will be good for you.

CPU for that mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117559 note you will need a cooler also

I'm pretty sure this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103202&cm_re=212-_-35-103-099-_-Product works with that CPU and motherboard.

900 is more than most PC gamers will spend in terms of a single video card which is far and away the most important component in that sort of build focus. So if you're willing to spend more than they are, be sure to get all 900 dollars worth out of it.

This is not for gaming but for rendering, and the price points of the pro cards for that use are higher than gaming cards.
