Photocopier/printer smell after installing new fans

Is this normal? I recently installed two Coolermaster sickleflow fans, front and back, and also a Deepcool mini CPU cooler. Now I can smell this odour filling my entire room, the best way I can describe it is when a printer is printing something and you can smell that warm paper like odour wafting out of it. That's what its like.

how hot is the pc getting? if you could say the specs that might be helpful to.

Sorry, specs:

i5-3570k stock speeds
Gigabyte GTX 980ti
8gb Ram @ 1600mhz
2x 1TB WD hard drives and 120gb intel SSD

Temps are normal as far as I can tell, my GPU and CPU never went above 65C during a GTA V session. I have two CM Sickleflow fans, 1 set up as front intake and the other exhaust at the back. In addition to a stock exhaust fan at the top that doesn't have a very high airflow.

from how your saying it I think that the fans are new but if they aren't then maybe give then a clean.

Yes they are new, I just installed them yesterday
