Try only one stick of ram. If you don't get a post, try the other stick. This ram should work, but your motherboard says it only supports 1600/ 1333/ 1066. 1866 would be (OC) mode. Try the above and post back. If you only have one stick, try it in each slot. You need to get into the bios, and downclock the ram to 1600mhz. If you have XMP enable it as well, and you should be able to take it up to 1866mhz. It's probably on auto right now.

What slots are you putting the ram in? Usually it is 1&3 or 2&4 Did you try one stick?

I am putting the 2 sticks in 2 and 4 as that was what my manual said to do.

Edit: I've tried quite abit just unsure what the issue is but could the ram be the problem due to mhz? like i had it work before where i was actually able to go on but then it stopped working.

It could be a ram issue, that's why I was recommending one stick at a time to see if you can pinpoint a bad stick. Boot the computer with one stick, and if you don't get a post screen switch out the stick.

You said after you re-seated the ram once, it started working again. It could be bad ram. Try one stick at a time. You need to enable XMP to take advantage of the overclocked memory. It should work just fine as your motherboard says it can OC to 1866mhz.

Do you have any other ram you can test in the system?

Definitely agree - try to enable XMP or set the memory timings and voltage manually in the BIOS. Your motherboard's "Auto" settings probably aren't cutting it, but it should be able to support that RAM one way or another.

It would probably be best to learn how to handle that problem yourself; it is fairly likely you'll have to deal with it again at some point in the lifetime of the machine, and being able to just go in and fix it would be useful.
