hi guys ... my mother just came back for me today and told me to choose a computer for my brother ... i have a friend that normaly know what is better , but i can't talk to him :/.... and i do not have enough time to search , i can buy piece by piece or buy a ready computer , i have betwen 1500 - 4000 dolars to spend , and he wants something that can run falout and evey game on high quality not necessarely ultra , for the next 3 years ... i am from brazil , but he lives on US , and he is coming to visit us for cristmas and my mother wants to give this computer before he comes ...

... is like 500 on usa huahua , i did buy my alienware 18" , my dream for 3k on us , on brazil is like 9 k , so not possible
